Help support the recreation programs of the Achievement Centers for Children by participating in our 2020 Super Bowl Squares fundraiser sponsored by the Achievement Centers' Associate Board. 100 squares will be sold at $25 each and offer a chance to win prize money after all four quarters of the game have been played.

To purchase a square please click here and mark how many squares you would like to purchase in denominations of $25. If you would like to pay via check they can be mailed to: Achievement Centers for Children, Attn: Development Department, 4255 Northfield Road, Highland Hills, OH 44128. Squares must be purchased by 3 PM on January 31st to be entered. If you are paying by check please make sure to send it early enough so it arrives before the deadline.

Fundraiser Details
Each grid contains 100 squares and each square costs $25. There is no limit on the amount of squares you can purchase. Once all squares are sold for a grid, the squares will be randomly assigned and the grid will be emailed to everyone who purchased squares.  Winners will be determined at the end of each quarter. $200 will be paid at the end of the 1^st and 3^rd quarters, $300 at the end of the first half, and $550 at the end of the game (Final score: end of 4th quarter or end of overtime).  Winners are determined by looking at the last number of both teams' score at the end of each quarter (and final score) and then matching those numbers on the grid where the square intersects with those two numbers.

• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate
• $25 to purchase a square (you may purchase more than 1 square)
• 100 Squares (per grid; multiple grids may be sold)
• Numbers will be randomly assigned after all squares are sold
• Participants will be given their numbers as soon as all squares are sold for that grid
• $200 payout at end of 1st quarter*
• $300 payout at end of 2nd quarter*
• $200 payout at end of 3rd quarter*
• $550 payout at end of game* 
        *if final grid is not fully sold, payouts will total half of the monies collected
• Winners will be contacted on how to collect payment the week after the Super Bowl
• Deadline to purchase squares is 3 PM on January 31st.
