To purchase a square, click the Purchase link above  and mark how many squares you would like to purchase in denominations of $25. 100 squares will be sold at $25 each and offer a chance to win prize money after all four quarters of the game have been played. If you would like to pay via check they can be mailed to: Achievement Centers for Children, Attn: Development Department, 4255 Northfield Road, Highland Hills, OH 44128. Squares must be purchased by noon on February 11th to be entered. If you are paying by check please make sure to send it early enough so it arrives before the deadline.

Fundraiser Details

Everyone who purchased a square will be emailed a link to a page to view the completed grids on Friday, February 11th. 

Winners are determined by looking at the last number of both teams' score at the end of each quarter (and final score) and then matching those numbers on the grid where the square intersects with those two numbers. 

• NFL Super Bowl - Sunday, February 13, 2022
• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate
• $25 to purchase a square (you may purchase more than 1 square)
• 100 Squares (per grid; multiple grids may be sold)
• Numbers will be randomly assigned after all squares are sold
• Participants will be emailed a link to view the grids on Friday, February 11th
• $200 payout at end of 1st quarter*
• $300 payout at end of 2nd quarter*
• $200 payout at end of 3rd quarter*
• $550 payout at end of game* 
        *if final grid is not fully sold, payouts will total half of the monies collected for that grid.
• Winners will be contacted on how to collect payment the week after the Super Bowl
• Deadline to purchase squares is noon on February 11th.
